
National Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Quality Inventory and Assessment
This assessment will help the learner learn more about CAH quality improvement (QI) infrastructure and activities, service lines offered, and related quality measures. The Assessment gathers a wealth of information on QI processes from CAHs in a standardized manner, in order to enhance support to CAHs in quality improvement activities.

Megan Lahr, MPH
Megan is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Minnesota Rural Health Research Center (RHRC) and is Principal Investigator of the Flex Monitoring Team. Megan’s work with the Flex Monitoring Team focuses on quality of care and best practices in Critical Access Hospitals, as well as quality improvement and quality measurement data analyses related to the MBQIP program. She has also completed research in access to care for rural individuals, rural caregiving, LGBTQ health, housing in rural communities, and health care and support services for older adults in rural communities.
